What is the Nurtured Heart Approach?
The Nurtured Heart Approach is a relationship focused methodology based on 3 stands for helping children (and adults) build their inner wealth and use their intensity in successful ways. NHA was founded by Howard Glasser of the Children's Success Foundation in 1994 and has become a powerful way of awakening the inherent greatness in all children while facilitating parenting and classroom success.
How much of my time will this class take?
The live classes are approximately an hour each week. The time for the homework exercises and review ranges from 5-10 minutes a day, including reading time.
What if I can't make it to the live class?
The audio recording of the live classes will be available for the duration of the series.
When will I see results?
The feedback from women in ALL ages and stages of life has been that they see a dramatic shift within the first two weeks of implementing what we learn.
How do a I keep the lessons alive once the course is over?
During our last class, we offer a variety of suggestions as to how to keep the NHA approach alive long term.
